Destination and scope
Include the destination country and port or city. Ask for the trade term, currency, included transport and export services, validity period and exclusions.
Procurement timing
State your preferred schedule, then ask for an assessment. Sourcing and export preparation can take time. A quotation or a featured vehicle does not mean stock has been reserved.
